Advantages:

В квартире сделан простой, но хороший и свежий ремонт, удобный матрас и подушки, белье чистое

Disadvantages:

На всю квартиру только два банных полотенца, нет полотенца для рук в ванной, нет полотенца или тряпочки на кухне, полотенца при намокании имеют неприятный запах, в квартире не очень чисто, видны следы уличной обуви на полу
