Advantages:

Новый район, идет вокруг застройка. Людей пока мало, довольно тихо и чисто. Парковвться есть где. Вопрос как тут будет когда заселится процентов 70 жителей остаётся открытым. Рядом частый сектор и можно пойти погулять у реки. Общественный транспорт пока только зарождается судя по всему.

Disadvantages:

В соседних квартирах еще идут ремонты. На самом деле шума мало, временые рамки соблюдают. Просто стоит понимать. Пока наблюдается проблемы с горячей водой, она просто тёплая, но долго мытся не получится. Обещают разобраться. Нам было постоянно жарко, стоит вернуть регуляторы на батареи.
