Advantages:

Квартира соответствует фото. Чисто. Есть необходимая мебель и посуда.

Disadvantages:

Улучшить это не получится, но дом панельный и в нем хорошо слышно соседей. На балконе витает небольшой запах сигарет и если есть желание проветрить - запах заходит в квартиру.

Advantages:

Квартира хорошая. Все чисто, все необходимое есть - фен, стиралка, кухня - ребята молодцы! Быстро заселили, все прошло просто отлично. Хозяин доброжелательный, отзывчивый , реагирует быстро на все просьбы и вопросы.
