Advantages:

Современный ремонт, месторасположение

Disadvantages:

Практически отсутствует посуда (2 ложки, 2 вилки, 2 кружки). Приготовить что-либо не вариант. Ремонт хоть и дизайнерский и свежий-за квартирой явно не следят: дверная ручка в сан.узле отваливается, закрываешь слива ванной не работает, грязь и пыть под раковиной, вонючие влажные тряпки и губки на кухне….
